Yaritza Montiel is a junior and a staff member for The Sunrise Yearbook. Outside of journalism, she enjoys the culinary class where she prepares food. In her free time, she also likes to listen to music while doing something productive like homework or cleaning.

Maya Mercado is a senior at La Sierra High School and is a staff member for The Sunrise Yearbook. Outside of journalism, she is a regular member of the Class of 2024 Club and has been part of the Business Academy for three years. She also has been involved in sports, such as track and field and wrestling; she has been part of the sports since sophomore year. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and painting her favorite singers.
